Winters Coffee will custom roast and blend individual coffees to match your tastes. If you would like to have your coffee a little more milder, just say so.

Would you like your Sumatra to have a little less earthy tatse and more aroma - just let us know. We will roast and belnd the appropriate beans to meet your needs. Even though adding flavor extracts goes against our better judgement, why not add some flavorful Ethiopian Yirgacheffe to your favorite coffee.
